Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a critical client proxy for eCommerce program across three global delivery pods
• Drive product strategy, prioritization, and value realization aligned to business outcomes
• Provide high-level technical oversight for Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce solutions
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and delivery direction for teams
• Support delivery through organization, coordination, and clear stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Commerce / Adobe ecosystem
• Background in automotive and eCommerce platforms, preferably enterprise-scale
• Strong understanding of requirements, functionality, and technical architecture at a strategic level
• Proven ability to make key business decisions and manage priorities in complex programs

As a Senior Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will play a key role in designing and implementing enterprise-grade digital experience solutions. You will work closely with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to architect scalable, high-performance AEM solutions that drive business impact.

Your Impact

• Lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AEM best practices, including content modeling, component development, and personalization strategies.
• Architect and implement AEM-based digital experience platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to AEM development standards.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into AEM technical solutions.
• Optimize AEM implementations for performance, SEO, and accessibility compliance.
• Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, DAM, and marketing automation platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Advocate for AEM adoption and best practices within the organization and with clients.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in digital experience platforms, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong expertise in AEM architecture, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
• Hands-on experience with AEM development, including HTL, Java, OSGi, and Sling models.
• Deep understanding of AEM workflows, security models, and multi-site management.
• Experience with AEM integrations, including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with cloud-based AEM implementations, including Adobe Managed Services.
• Proven ability to lead AEM implementation projects, from design to deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) certifications, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer.
• Experience with headless AEM architectures and API-driven content delivery.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AEM.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and AEM performance optimization.
