Qualifications

• The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity, with a preference for candidates who have eight or more years of experience
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, along with excellent communication and documentation skills, is essential for success in this role
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator
• Experience with IBM FileNet version 5.5.x related to document capture and processing, integration, scripting, automation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with IBM Datacap version 9.1.x related to document capture and processing, integration, scripting, automation, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Experience in the full systems life cycle, responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software
• Ability to work closely with customers and team members to understand and document business requirements
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Eight (8) years or more of experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator

Responsibilities

• Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for making recommendations for new code development or the reuse of existing code, and will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of systems analysis, design, and various development methodologies
• Administer and manage IBM FileNet systems, specifically version 5.5.x
• Handle document capture and processing, integration, scripting, automation, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to gather and document business requirements
• Align technology solutions with business and IT strategies, ensuring compliance with architectural standards
