Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet, Datacap, and related ECM systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and monitoring to ensure high availability and prevent disruptions.

Manage content lifecycle, including storage, archiving, metadata classification, and retention policy enforcement.

Define user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure controlled access and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX).

Automate administrative tasks using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell, improving operational efficiency.
