Role: FileNet Admin

Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum 6+ years of hands-on admin/support experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2.x and above suite of products
- Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in FileNet P8 administration 5.x and above on Linux, Oracle and MS SQL, Windows Server
- Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in FileNet P8 API development and integration with other systems, Java experience
- Must have hands-on experience in FileNet P8 upgrades/migrations of FileNet P8 on-prem or in cloud
- Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring and deploying knowledge of FileNet P8 on Linux and WebSphere platforms
- Must have hands-on experience configuring the following areas of FileNet P8: Object Stores, Doc Classes, Document Properties, Choice Lists, Indexes, Folders, Content Search Engine, CBR queries Site Preferences, Access Roles, Component Manager, Workflows, and Entry Templates etc. Created Storage Areas, Storage Policies, Fixed Content Devices, ACCE
- Must have knowledge of Security for FileNet P8 platform on-prem and/or cloud solution
Job Description
- Responsible for installing and configuring FileNet Application Engine software on Linux servers and WebSphere to connect with FileNet environment in cloud
- Responsible for configuring, setup and administration of FileNet P8 5.5.x in cloud solution
- Knowledge in creating and managing IBM PMR’s to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Responsible for comprehensive Security for FileNet P8 platform on-prem and on IBM SaaS Solution
- Responsible for working with internal, external, and offshore teams: DBA’s, System Administrators, Middleware, network team, storage team, Offshore resources and IBM vendor
- Responsible for attending team cadence meetings, project/delivery meetings, communication via collaboration methods used within Nationwide, providing timely responses to meet all delivery and project timelines
- Able to support existing on prem FileNet P8 5.2.x environment and support weekends, off hours and on call support as required, this includes user-based supports and custom application which sit on top of standard FileNet products
