Qualifications

• Excellent hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 CPE 5.5.x and ICN 3.0.5
• Experience in FileNet P8 and ICN installation, administration, and development
• Expertise in FileNet P8 and ICN upgrade and migration
• Strong knowledge of FileNet P8 architecture and future roadmap
• Hands-on experience with ILMT reporting, SSL, SSO, and high availability (HA)
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE 8 programming
• Good knowledge of WAS 9 and Oracle RAC 12c DB
• Experience in managing complex projects and disaster recovery activities
• Exposure to .NET and batch processing
• Knowledge of FileNet cloud deployment

• The architect will be responsible for ensuring high availability and troubleshooting issues while guiding project teams through the end-to-end operation
• Provide technical leadership to project teams for end-to-end operations
• Design, develop, support, maintain, and implement complex projects
• Manage project schedules and timelines to meet critical milestones
• Interface with customers and handle customer communications
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes such as change management and incident management
