Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Minimum of 5 years of administration experience in IBM Datacap Content/Process Platform Engine, Content Navigator, Case Manager with operations support background
• 4- 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM DataCap suite development and administration, including but not limited to:
• IBM Content Navigator (ICN), custom plug-ins P8 APIs and java application customization Workflow Process Design and SQL, java script, etc
• Minimum 5 years of experience with IBM Datacap 8, 9.X Installation, Configuration, setup and Administration and .NET development
• Datacap Rule Runner Datacap Navigator Datacap Studio Scan and Datacap workflow OCR Integration with FileNet Installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration of IBM Datacap (Task Master, Rule Runner, Task Master Web), etc
• Ability to setup configuration and monitoring of Datacap taskmaster Web, Task master server and Rule runner services
• Experience with developing custom actions in IBM Datacap using C# and VB Script to perform validations using specific regular expressions
• Handson expertise with usage of tools such as Datacap studio, Server Manager, Maintenance manager (NENU), Datacap Application Manager, Datacap Application Copy Tool, Rule Runner Manager, Datacap Taskmaster Web and Control-M batch scheduling/operations
• Experience with Datacap integrations with IBM Content Navigator, Plugins, FileNet etc
• Experience on Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Version control, Data collection and Reporting using SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS), Crystal Reports and RV2
• Configure workflows, manage user access, stations, and shortcuts in a Thin Client (Datacap navigator and TMWeb)
• Administrative knowledge on Windows/Linux/AIX Server/SQL /Oracle Server/client
• Create PMRs and work with IBM to resolve limitations in Datacap 9.0.X
• Configure and maintain IBM Datacap applications to meet business requirements and optimize document processing workflows
• Install fixpacks and hot fixes for Datacap software/infrastructure whenever required
• Configuration and Patching experience for Internet Information Servers (IIS)
• Experience in configuring monitoring tools and monitoring the services (Appdynamics, Splunk)
• Experience in Jira and agile delivery methodology
• Working in a globally spread teams
• Collaborate with different technical and non-technical teams to get the work done as part of the job
