Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, configure, and manage IBM CMOD environments for high-volume document storage and retrieval.
• Design and implement content ingestion processes, indexing, and data archival workflows.
• Administer and optimize FileNet systems including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine.
• Integrate CMOD and FileNet with external enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Provide performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for CMOD/FileNet issues.
• Support document retention, compliance policies, and auditing requirements.
• Participate in migration and upgrade projects, including moving from legacy systems to modern ECM environments.
• Document solutions, provide knowledge transfer, and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) and FileNet.
• Strong knowledge of CMOD architecture, report definitions, index configuration, and load utilities.
• Expertise in FileNet P8 platform and associated tools.
• Experience with database management (DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server) in the context of CMOD/FileNet.
• Working knowledge of scripting (Shell, Batch, etc.) and API integrations (Java, REST, etc.).
• Familiarity with IBM Content Navigator, ICN Plugins, and WebSphere environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• IBM Certified Content Manager or FileNet Specialist.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments of CMOD or FileNet (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Prior experience in regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.).
